Buildings & Civil Works in Saudi Arabia, solid from the ground up
Anas Al Khaleej Company delivers excavation, foundations, reinforced concrete, blockwork, plastering and external works for villas, commercial buildings and industrial facilities.

Every finish depends on the structure underneath
Cracked walls, damp floors and uneven finishes often trace back to the civil works: poor compaction, weak concrete or badly built blockwork.
Saudi heat makes concrete placing and curing critical. Concrete that dries too fast loses strength and cracks.
We build each stage to drawings, inspect before every pour and cure concrete properly, so the finishing trades start on a sound base.

What we check at each stage
Hold points where work is inspected before the next stage starts.
| Stage | What we check | Hold point | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|---|
| Excavation & compaction | Levels, soil condition, compaction | Before blinding | Prevents settlement and cracks |
| Reinforcement | Bar sizes, spacing, cover, laps | Before concrete pour | Gives the structure its strength |
| Concrete | Mix, slump, placing, vibration | During pour | Dense concrete without voids |
| Curing | Water or curing compound | First 7 days | Stops early cracking in the heat |
| Blockwork & plaster | Line, level, plumb, joints | Before finishing trades | Straight walls for clean finishes |

Buildings and civil works questions
Do you build villas from foundation to finishing?

Do you work from our engineer’s drawings?
Yes. We build to approved structural and architectural drawings from your consultant or engineer.
Can you add a floor or extension to an existing building?
Often yes, subject to the structural capacity of the existing building and approvals. We review drawings and the site first.
How do you protect concrete in hot weather?
We plan pours for cooler hours and cure the concrete with water or curing compound so it gains strength without cracking.
Do you build boundary walls?
Yes. We build compound and villa boundary walls with footings, columns, blockwork, plaster and coping.
How are civil works priced?
