Plastering Works in Saudi Arabia, straight walls, ready for paint
Anas Al Khaleej Company provides plastering works in Saudi Arabia: cement and gypsum plaster for interior walls, ceilings and external facades for villas, buildings and commercial projects, by hand or by machine, with level, smooth surfaces ready for paint or finishes.
Good plaster depends on preparation and curing
In Saudi heat, fresh cement plaster loses water too fast. If it is not wetted and cured, it shrinks and cracks, and the cracks show through the paint later.
Cracks also start where block walls meet concrete columns and beams, and where plaster is laid too thick in one coat or over a dusty surface.
We clean and wet the wall, fix mesh over joints, set level guides, build up thick plaster in layers and cure it properly, so the surface stays sound for paint.

Faster plastering for large projects
For villas, buildings and commercial projects we use plaster spraying machines. The machine mixes and sprays the plaster evenly onto the wall, then our team levels it with a straightedge and finishes it by hand.
- Faster on large areasCovers big walls and floors in less time than hand mixing.
- Even thicknessA steady spray gives a consistent layer across the wall.
- Consistent mixThe machine mixes every batch the same way.
- Hand finishedLevelled with guides and straightedge, then trowelled smooth.
Plaster types we use, and where
We choose the plaster for each area. Material and thickness are confirmed in your written quote.

Plastering questions
How long does plaster take to dry before painting?
Cement plaster usually needs around 2 to 4 weeks to cure and dry before paint, depending on thickness, season and ventilation. Gypsum plaster dries much faster, often within a few days. We advise on timing for your site.
Cement plaster or gypsum plaster, which is better?
Cement plaster is stronger and suits external walls, wet areas and surfaces that may get damp. Gypsum plaster gives a very smooth finish quickly and suits dry interior walls and ceilings.
Why does plaster crack, and how do you prevent it?
Most cracks come from poor curing in hot weather, plaster applied too thick in one coat, or movement where block meets concrete. We wet the wall before plastering, fix mesh at joints, build up thick plaster in layers and cure it properly.
Do you plaster external walls and boundary walls?
Yes. We apply external cement render to villa facades, boundary walls and commercial buildings, ready for paint, texture or stone finishes.
Do you offer machine plastering?
Yes. For large villas, buildings and commercial projects we use plaster spraying machines. The machine mixes and sprays the plaster evenly, then our team levels and finishes it by hand. It is faster and gives a more consistent thickness than hand mixing.
Can you repair old or damaged plaster?
Yes. We remove loose or hollow plaster, treat the cause where we can see it, such as damp, and re-plaster patches so they blend with the existing wall before painting.
How is plastering priced?
Plastering is normally priced per square metre. The price depends on the plaster type, thickness, wall condition, height and access. Site visits are free and every quote is written.
Do you also paint after plastering?
Yes. We can deliver the full finish: plastering, putty, primer and paint, inside and outside, so one team is responsible for the result.
Which cities do you cover?
We work in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar and other cities in Saudi Arabia, subject to scope and site.
